Her latest albums might not sell the way they used to, but pop princess Britney Spears is turning into the queen of the red-hot cameo. According to People Magazine, Britney filmed a bit part in the video for the Pussycat Dolls' "When I Grow Up" music video clip.
An unnamed source told the magazine that Spears had a "small part" in the video, which was shot Wednesday in Los Angeles. A "set source" told UsMagazine.com that Britney Spears does not interact with the group in the video, and shot her scenes at the Warner Bros. lot Wednesday while the Dolls filmed in Hollywood. "In the scene shot , Britney Spears is driving in a car," the source said. "They all wave at each other as they are passing in traffic - that is it. Of course, Britney looks hot and blonde. It is a very short sequence, but had a lot of fun with it. Britney really likes the Dolls' music and when she saw them on the MTV , she was totally down to do the video."

To shoot a new music video! Next week! It would indeed seem that Britney Spears is on a roll. On a roll of film, if indeed they still used such things. Because coming hot on the heels of her "hot and blonde" appearance in the new Pussycat Dolls video is the news that Britney Spears is heading our way - yes, our way - next week, filming the video for her upcoming single Radar. And she'll be directing as well as starring in it.
"The theme is: her and her girlfriends are going to be looking all around London trying to find a boy who she met in a club. Every time they think they have him, it's someone else," Britney Spears' manager Larry Rudolph told the New York Post. "She will be behind the camera as much as possible; she wants to make sure it's exactly right."

Bosses at Extra have invited Britney to their studios to “show the world what you’ve got” following her disastrous performance opening the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.
A statement released by the programme said: “Extra is opening its doors to Britney Spears for a second chance at a comeback.
‘We’ve made the call to Spears, inviting her to perform at Extra on our stage in Los Angeles or in Las Vegas at the Extra Lounge in Planet Hollywood’s Hotel and Resort.’
‘Britney come perform Gimme More and show the world what you’ve got.’
Well Britney is lucky to get a second chance.

Britney Spears‘ stylist has reportedly been trying to distance herself from the star after Britney’s recent … interesting fashion choices.
According to In Touch Weekly, Britt Bardo was overheard telling friends that Britney is one of her clients along with Kate Hudson and Jennifer Lopez.
She told the friends: “Yes, I’ve done Britney Spears, but don’t blame me, okay?”
“I make her up and she just takes everything off and does her own thing.”
Leaks Force Britney To Move Up Album Release
Britney Spears has moved the release date of her new Jive album, "Blackout," from Nov. 13 to Oct. 30 due to widespread leaks of the new material."The label is doing everything possible to prevent and avoid any further illegal distribution of songs including moving up the release date of the album," reads a statement from Jive.The label claims some of the leaks constitute "unfinished material and demos," as well as actual album versions of songs from "Blackout."A track list has yet to be announced, but "Blackout" is known to include the songs "Heaven on Earth," "Radar," "Piece of Me" and "Break the Ice." Among the production and songwriting collaborators are Bloodshy & Avant, Nate "Danjahandz" Hills and Kara DioGuardi.

I personally LOVE it. It is probably a fake , but the whole thing looks cool as hell. Many sites are using a different cover as the image ( best buy , amazon... ) but that one is not real at all. Jive would not use an old picture of Britney ( allure magazine cover shot ) for a new release.
Well with the album coming out in just a few weeks , hopefuly new pictures will pop up and new articles. Jive needs to seriously work on promotion!
